These are suppliers who did not manufacture valves but reboxed (and sometimes re-labelled the valves) of other manufacturers. Some were Soviet/East European, but many contain valves made by sought after NOS manufacturers.
A pre-war British re-boxer. I have only seen one and it contained a Cossor valve.
Haltron valves may be from 'good' European manufacturers - Mullard, Telefunken etc. or from less well regarded suppliers like RFT.
Most of these were made by RFT in East Germany
The only example I have contained a Mullard EF86
All sorts of different manufacturers valves, mostly East European, but by no means all.
